Windows servers are more expensive than Linux Servers. But Windows Servers aren't usefull more. An example; On windows server, you can't using SEF.
PHP Scripts are work only Linux Server and You can do original projects on PHP. But ASP is harder than PHP
You can install PHP Component to Windows Server and you can work PHP documents. But You will have a lot of problems.. So I don't propose working PHP on Windows Server..
